Q: How do I track my commissions?

A: Commissions are tracked by using Broker’s prefix of their license xxx-xxx and the agent’s suffix, creating a 6-digit account number that your clients use when they log in to make a purchase. Using our Affiliate Tracking App, your commission will be tracked for your review based on purchases made by your client.

Q: Can my client make purchases directly from the BROKER/AGENT Website without me knowing?

A: Remember, this is a private site. Only clients with a 6-digit code that you provide will be able to log in.

Q: What can you offer our clients as an incentive to purchase from Broker Agent Direct (Buying Group)?

A: After closing with your client, they will receive a $50.00 Gift Card to redeem on the website.

Q: How much money do I make when clients make a purchase?

A: Percentage of sale is based on net profit. Example: Sale $1,000.00 = Commission up to 5% ($50.00).

Commission Breakdown:

• Kitchen and Bath Cabinets – 5%

• Appliances – 3%

• Plumbing Fixtures and Faucets – 4%

• Floor Covering – 3%

• Light Fixtures – 3%

• Misc Sales – 1 to 2%

Q: How is commission paid to Broker or Agent?

A: Commissions are paid to the Broker as if it was a real estate sale. The Broker then pays the commission as usual to the Agent. Payouts will be made after clients have paid, and there are no returns within 30 days of purchase.

Q: Can I refer my client if they did not recently make a real estate purchase?

A: Yes, you can give your 6-digit code to your entire client database. All client transactions will be tracked by your code.

Q: How do we know if our clients are receiving the best cost?

A: Your client will have to show proof of cost from their existing supplier. We will then deduct up to 20% from their lowest estimate.

Q: How much work will the Broker or Agent have to do?

A: Referring your client using your code is all you have to do. Returns, exchanges, and complaints will be handled through our Customer Service Department, assigned exclusively to Broker Agent Direct clients.

Q: How do I get started?

A: It all starts with the Broker accepting the Terms and Conditions in our Startup Package, which explains how the program works (Broker Agent Direct’s marketing materials, 1099/W-9, commission structure, payments to agents, etc.).

Q: Can anyone join?

A: No, this is only for Licensed Real Estate Brokers and Agents (Private Buying Group).

Q: How do I get my clients to go to the website?

A: You can attach a link to our Broker/Agent Direct site on your corporate website. Each purchase is tracked, and you will have access to view all purchase transactions.

You can also request that a client account be set up for purchase. We will create an account using your Affiliate Code, and all transactions associated with your Affiliate # will be tracked for your review.

Q: Do you offer financing to our clients for building materials?

A: YES, we offer financing to your clients (Direct Capital).
